Description

Delicious high-protein pizza rolls packed with cheesy goodness and turkey pepperoni, perfect for a snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • Turkey Pepperoni
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Cornmeal (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Mix together mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, Greek yogurt, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a cylinder.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into 1-2 inch pieces.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal, if using.
  8. Arrange rolls on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
