Ingredients
- Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- Turkey Pepperoni
- Greek Yogurt
- Italian Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Cornmeal (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness.
- Mix together mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, Greek yogurt, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a cylinder.
- Slice the rolled dough into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal, if using.
- Arrange rolls on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
