Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds
2 cups broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Prep the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Sear the Sausage
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp
In the same pan, add shrimp. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Broccoli
Toss in the broccoli and a splash of water. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Bring it Together
