Ingredients
3 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1½ tsp smoked paprika (✨ adds depth)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley, sesame seeds, or crumbled feta ✨
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss wedges: In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, honey, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange & roast: Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy on the edges.
Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs, sesame seeds, or feta if using. Serve warm as a side or snack.
