- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat (around 350°F).
- Prepare your vegetables and measure all ingredients.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the vegetables in melted butter or oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cheese and meat to one side, then fold the omelet over.
- Finish cooking for another minute or two until fully cooked.
