Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat (around 350°F).
  2. Prepare your vegetables and measure all ingredients.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the vegetables in melted butter or oil for 3-4 minutes.
