Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside to marinate.
Slice the bread horizontally. Sprinkle ¼ cup Parmesan on each half.
On one half, layer the meats and top with provolone slices.
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
Let cool 5 minutes, then load with the lettuce salad.
Top with the other half of the bread, slice into 4 or 8 pieces, and serve!
