- 12 Fresh Jalapeños
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs, preferably Panko
- 4 slices Bacon (optional)
- 2 tbsp Chives or Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the jalapeños by slicing them in half and removing the seeds and membranes.
- Make the filling by mixing cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and chives in a bowl.
- Stuff the jalapeños with the cheese mixture.
- Coat each stuffed jalapeño with breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated poppers.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes, garnish with chives, and serve warm.
