Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup pizza or marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
24–30 slices of pepperoni
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: chopped parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce over each triangle.
Add 2–3 pepperoni slices and a generous pinch of mozzarella to the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up from the wide end to the tip, gently sealing the sides.
Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
