Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the chopped bell peppers and red onion in olive oil for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Combine the softened veggies, shredded chicken, and BBQ sauce in a large bowl, mixing well.
- Fold in the cauliflower rice until well combined.
