- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1 large Egg
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss in garlic butter.
- Serve on a plate, drizzling with garlic butter.
Notes
These meatballs can be served over zoodles or with creamy mashed cauliflower for a complete meal.
