Description

These Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs are low-carb, keto-friendly, and bursting with flavor, served in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Transfer cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss in garlic butter.
  7. Serve on a plate, drizzling with garlic butter.

Notes

These meatballs can be served over zoodles or with creamy mashed cauliflower for a complete meal.
