Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup almond flour
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
¼ cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
Roll into 1½-inch meatballs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a touch of oil. Sear meatballs for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Return meatballs to the skillet, toss in the garlic butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve warm and enjoy!
