- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare your mug by greasing it with a little butter.
- Mix the base in a bowl with almond flour, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Press the almond flour mixture into your greased mug to form the crust.
- Cream the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
- Add the egg, erythritol, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust in the mug.
- Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute, checking at 45 seconds.
- Chill the cheesecake for about 30 minutes before serving.
