Ingredients

  • Thinly Sliced Steak (Ribeye or Sirloin)
  • Bell Peppers (Red and Green)
  • Onion
  • Cream Cheese
  • Shredded Cheese (Provolone or Mozzarella)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak. Season your thinly sliced steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Sauté the Veggies. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Toss in the chopped bell peppers and onions and sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cook the Steak. Push the veggies aside and add the seasoned steak slices. Cook until browned and at your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.
  4. Mix in the Cream Cheese. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and everything is coated.
  5. Assemble the Roll-Ups. Spoon some steak and cheese mixture onto a wrap or lettuce leaf and roll it up tightly.
  6. Grill (Optional). Additional toasting on a hot grill or skillet for a minute will make the outside crispy.
