Description

  • Granulated Sugar (½ cup)

  • Egg Yolks (2)
  • Turbinado Sugar (for brûlée topping)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Essentials by gathering all your ingredients.
  2. Heat the cream and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture simmers.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice and zest to the cream mixture.
