½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos

1 (14 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)

4 scallions, thinly sliced


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more.
