- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup dill pickles (diced)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside to drain.
- Brown the ground beef in the bacon fat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Mix cream cheese and eggs in a bowl until well blended.
- Combine the cooked beef, chopped bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and pickles with the egg mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh herbs or serve alongside a salad for a complete meal.
