Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 2 green onions, sliced
• ½ cup blackberries (halved or quartered)
• ¼ cup chopped walnuts
• ½ tsp salt and pepper
• Optional: Serve on your favorite keto bread


Instructions

Cook chicken to your liking—bake, boil, or grill. Let cool, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

Dice celery and slice green onions.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, onions, blackberries, and walnuts.

Stir in cottage cheese and mayo until creamy and well mixed.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve chilled, either on its own or with keto bread.
