Delicious low-carb bread rolls perfect for every meal, satisfying and guilt-free.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: whisk eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar, then add warm water.
  5. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until a dough forms. Adjust with more water or flour if needed.
  6. Shape the dough into 1.5-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, try adding shredded cheese or herbs to the dough.
