Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Trim excess fat from thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces or slice breasts into strips.
- Marinate the chicken: Place in a bowl, pour in teriyaki sauce, and let it soak for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat the griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken: Add oil and marinated chicken to the griddle, searing for about 4–5 minutes per side.
