2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1⅓ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Special Sauce
4–6 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (60–80 g)
3 tbsp light mayonnaise (40 g)
2 tbsp ketchup (30 g)
2 tsp yellow mustard or Dijon
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish (30 g)
1 tsp pickle juice (optional)
½ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of smoked paprika
For Serving
8 large high-protein wraps or flour/whole wheat tortillas
3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced or sliced dill pickles
½ – ⅔ cup chopped onion (optional)
Instructions
Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is fully browned and flavorful.
Make the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the wraps:
Warm tortillas slightly for easier rolling.
Layer lettuce, seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, onions (if using), and a generous spoonful of sauce.
Wrap & roll: Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and either enjoy immediately or wrap for meal prep.
