Ingredients
1 lb green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
⅓ cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon-Tahini Drizzle:
¼ cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
2–3 tbsp water (to thin)

Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Toss green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Whisk together lemon-tahini ingredients until smooth and drizzle-ready. Add water gradually to reach desired consistency.
