Ingredients
- Steak (Sirloin or Ribeye)
- Couscous or Quinoa
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Cucumber

- Feta Cheese

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop the cucumber, slice the cherry tomatoes, and finely dice the red onion.
- Cook the couscous or quinoa: For couscous, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, add 1 cup of couscous, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes. For quinoa, rinse 1 cup and cook in 2 cups of boiling water for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the steak: Season steak with salt and pepper, heat a skillet with olive oil, and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.
- Prepare the veggies: Combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and lemon juice, then toss.
- Assemble the bowl: Start with couscous or quinoa, layer on veggies, sliced steak, crumbled feta cheese, and garnish with parsley or mint.
