Delicious bite-sized mini apple pies filled with cinnamon-spiced apples, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3–4 Medium-sized Apples (Granny Smith recommended)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 package Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 Egg (beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel, core, and slice the apples; toss with lemon juice, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut circles approximately 4 inches in diameter.
- Place dough circles in muffin tin slots and fill with apple mixture.
- Top with another dough circle, seal edges, and poke holes for steam.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, use milk instead of egg wash. To serve, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
