Delicious bite-sized mini apple pies filled with cinnamon-spiced apples, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 Medium-sized Apples (Granny Smith recommended)
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples; toss with lemon juice, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut circles approximately 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place dough circles in muffin tin slots and fill with apple mixture.
  5. Top with another dough circle, seal edges, and poke holes for steam.
  6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegan option, use milk instead of egg wash. To serve, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
