Ingredients
6 mini bagels, halved
½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite toppings: pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, sausage, or pineapple
Optional: Italian seasoning or crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on each half.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add toppings of your choice.
Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes if desired.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are slightly golden.
