Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed and strained
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed and strained
  • Optional: Fresh fruit for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything on the counter.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add vanilla and fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls and mix in pureed strawberries in one and blueberries in the other.
  5. Create the swirls by spooning dollops of both mixtures into the pie crust and swirling them together.
  6. Chill the pie in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve with love, optionally topping with fresh berries or whipped cream.

Notes

For a chocolate twist, use an Oreo crust and add cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture. This pie can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for optimal flavor.
