Ingredients
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the cheesecake filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Toppings:
½ cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
Whipped cream or additional whipped topping for white “stripes”
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined. Spread over chilled crust.
Arrange blueberries in the top-left corner. Use strawberry slices and whipped cream to form stripes.
Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
