Ingredients

1⅔ cups peanut butter (or nut-free alternative)

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, or agave)

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Optional: 3 tbsp coconut oil or melted chocolate

Optional mix-ins: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chia seeds


Instructions

Mix peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt in a large bowl until thick and uniform.

Add coconut oil or melted chocolate if you want a softer texture.

Fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or chia.

Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls — aim for 20 even bites.

Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Store chilled.
