When I was a child, my grandmother would always have a tin of these sweet treats tucked away in her cupboard, ready to surprise us after school. Now, I make them for my grandchildren and the joy on their faces is the same. This simple, no-bake delight brings generations together—one bite at a time. Try it out and share the love with your family!
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, cocoa powder, and salt.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well until everything is combined.
Chill the mixture for 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Roll into 1-inch balls and then roll each ball in the extra coconut.
Chill again for 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
