- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Zest of one orange
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a mixing bowl, drizzle in melted butter, and stir until mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together with an electric mixer, then add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Whip until smooth.
- Spoon the filling over the crust, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the glaze by combining orange marmalade and water in a saucepan, heating until melted, then cool.
- Drizzle the orange glaze over the chilled cheesecake and serve.
