- 1/3 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients in one spot.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until fully mixed.
- Add the rolled oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the wet mixture. Mix well.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the rolled bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, transfer energy bites to an airtight container.
