- 2 tbsp Cilantro (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by gathering all items on the counter.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sweet corn and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- Fire it up with those diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and cilantro.
