Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (any kind)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for texture & fiber)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings: berries, banana slices, nuts, or nut butter
Instructions
In a mason jar or small container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir and add your favorite toppings.
Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30–60 seconds if you prefer it warm.
