Description

These golden, garlicky Parmesan Bread Bites are the ultimate snack or side—crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and bursting with cheesy, buttery flavor. Perfect for game nights, movie marathons, or just a cozy treat. Dip them in marinara or enjoy them straight off the tray!

Ingredients

Scale

Bread Bites

1 refrigerated pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic Butter

5 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp chopped dried parsley

1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried oregano)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the pizza dough into bite-sized pieces—about 1-inch squares.

Mix the melted butter, garlic, salt, parsley, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Toss the dough pieces in the garlic butter until fully coated.

Arrange the coated dough pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or as-is for a cheesy, savory bite!
