Ingredients
2 sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Let steaks come to room temp (20 mins). Pat dry.
Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a skillet over medium-high until hot.
Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to your preference).
Rest steaks for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
