Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz total)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mini pepperoni slices
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly, then stuff with a bit of mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices. Pinch closed.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Dip each stuffed dough piece in the butter and place in the bundt pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese between layers.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve with marinara.
