Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
24 mini pepperoni slices (or chopped regular pepperoni)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: red pepper flakes, grated Parmesan, fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Roll out puff pastry sheets slightly and cut each into 12 squares (24 total).
Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
Add a pinch of mozzarella and one pepperoni slice.
Fold over into a triangle or rectangle, sealing edges with a fork.
Brush tops with egg wash, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Garnish with Parmesan or basil, and serve with warm marinara for dipping.
