Pumpkin Apple Cider Popsicles

  • Author: Emily Walker

  • Yield: 8 popsicles 1x

Description

These marbled popsicles are a refreshing twist on fall flavor—spiced apple cider and smooth pumpkin purée swirled into a frozen treat that’s cozy and cooling at once. Lightly sweet, naturally dairy-free, and visually stunning, they’re the perfect early autumn snack for crisp days with sunny skies.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup apple cider (preferably spiced or mulled)

¾ cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)

2 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In one bowl, mix apple cider with 1 tbsp maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk pumpkin purée with remaining maple syrup, spices, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Alternate spooning cider and pumpkin mixtures into popsicle molds to create a marbled effect.

Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.

Run molds under warm water briefly to release.
