With layers of vanilla Greek yogurt, cinnamon granola, and crunchy roasted pumpkin spice seeds, every spoonful is a celebration of autumn. No pumpkin purée needed—just pure, spiced goodness.


Ingredients

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup cinnamon granola

2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (see previous recipe)

Optional: drizzle of maple syrup or honey

Dash of ground cinnamon for topping


Instructions

Layer it up: In a glass or jar, spoon in ½ the yogurt, followed by a layer of granola and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.

Repeat: Add the rest of the yogurt, more granola, and finish with pumpkin seeds.

Top it off: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

Serve immediately for crunch, or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
