2 cups whole milk
½ cup canned pumpkin purée
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
Whipped cream, for topping
Optional: extra cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon over medium heat until warm.
Stir in the white chocolate and continue to stir until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and dust with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
Serve warm and cozy.
