Description

Delicious and easy-to-make BBQ chicken sliders perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pulled Chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 6 Slider Buns (Brioche or Potato)
  • 1 cup Coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Shred leftover rotisserie chicken or cook fresh chicken until done.
  2. Make it Saucy: Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
  3. Assemble the Sliders: Site sliders in half and add BBQ chicken mixture.
  4. Add Coleslaw and Pickles: Top with coleslaw and pickles.
  5. Cheese it Up: Place a slice of cheese on each slider if desired.
  6. Golden Finish: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Cool slightly, slice apart, and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce.
