Description
A delicious hibachi chicken recipe that brings the flavors of a Japanese steakhouse to your home.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Hibachi Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onions)
- Green Onions, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by gathering everything you’ll need. Chop up the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince the garlic and ginger, and slice your veggies.
- Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hibachi sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Toss in the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Heat the pan: Grab a large skillet or wok and heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the vegetables: Toss in your mixed veggies and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Flavor boost: Drizzle a little more hibachi sauce over your chicken and veggies just before removing from heat.
- Serve and garnish: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before plating.
Notes
Feel free to substitute with chicken thighs for a richer flavor or add more veggies as you like.
