- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dicing chicken, chopping garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes undisturbed.
- Flip the chicken pieces, add salt and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the butter until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
