  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Dicing chicken, chopping garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes undisturbed.
  4. Flip the chicken pieces, add salt and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Mix in the butter until melted and well combined.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
