Ranch Cucumber Chips

Ingredients

1 English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning (or 1½ tbsp for a larger cucumber)


Instructions

Peel and slice the cucumber thinly.

Add slices and ranch seasoning into a Ziploc bag.

Shake until evenly coated.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy fresh!

Notes

✨ Tip to Keep ‘Em Crisp: Toss cucumber slices in a little salt and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Pat dry, then add ranch. No soggy snacks here!
