Description

Juicy chicken marinated in zesty ranch dressing, aromatic garlic, and finished with Parmesan cheese, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • Prep the Marinade by combining the ranch dressing, minced garlic, olive oil, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
    • Cube the chicken into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
    • Coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  3. Skewer the Chicken by threading marinated cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Get Grilling by placing skewers on the grill and cooking for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is golden and reaches 165°F.
  5. Add the Final Flair by sprinkling remaining Parmesan cheese over the skewers in the last minute of cooking.
  6. Serve and Enjoy! Let rest, top with fresh parsley, and serve with ranch dressing.
