Description
Juicy chicken marinated in zesty ranch dressing, aromatic garlic, and finished with Parmesan cheese, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Prep the Marinade by combining the ranch dressing, minced garlic, olive oil, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
- Cube the chicken into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Skewer the Chicken by threading marinated cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Get Grilling by placing skewers on the grill and cooking for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is golden and reaches 165°F.
- Add the Final Flair by sprinkling remaining Parmesan cheese over the skewers in the last minute of cooking.
- Serve and Enjoy! Let rest, top with fresh parsley, and serve with ranch dressing.
Notes
Feel free to customize with veggies or spices and try marinating overnight for more flavor!
