- 8–10 Bamboo or Metal Skewers
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks, about 1 to 1.5 inches each.
- Make the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Marinate the Chicken: Toss the chicken pieces into the marinade and mix gently until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill the Skewers: Place skewers on the grill and grill for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
