- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy Cheesecake Dressing: In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add Vanilla and Whipped Cream: Mix in vanilla extract and gently fold in whipped cream.
- Wash and Prepare the Berries: Wash strawberries and blueberries, hull and slice strawberries.
- Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine berries and pour cheesecake dressing. Fold together.
- Add the Graham Cracker Crumbles: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and fold them in lightly.
- Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
You can prepare the salad a day in advance but add the graham crackers right before serving to maintain crispness.
