Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Cheesecake Dressing: In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add Vanilla and Whipped Cream: Mix in vanilla extract and gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Wash and Prepare the Berries: Wash strawberries and blueberries, hull and slice strawberries.
  4. Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine berries and pour cheesecake dressing. Fold together.
  5. Add the Graham Cracker Crumbles: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and fold them in lightly.
