3 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss turnip cubes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
