Ingredients
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
½ cup unsalted pistachios, plus extra for coating
¼ cup plant-based protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
2 teaspoons rose water
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut flour (optional, for texture)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: Dried rose petals, crushed, for garnish
Instructions
