Ingredients

• 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, drained
• 1 cup sour cream
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• ¼ cup diced jalapeños (optional)
• ¼ cup chopped green onions
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
• Tortilla chips or crackers for serving


Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add sour cream and ranch seasoning, mixing until well combined.

Stir in Rotel, cheddar cheese, green onions, and jalapeños/cilantro if using.
