Ingredients
For the Salmon Balls:
• 1 lb fresh or canned salmon, drained & flaked
• ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Olive or avocado oil, for frying
For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry salmon balls until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
For the sauce: Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Serve salmon balls warm with a side of creamy avocado sauce.
