Instructions

  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine in a separate bowl the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the caramel sauce gently.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden around the edges.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use unsalted butter. Feel free to mix in nuts or chocolate chips for added texture.
