Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine in a separate bowl the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the caramel sauce gently.
- Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden around the edges.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use unsalted butter. Feel free to mix in nuts or chocolate chips for added texture.
